FITNESS BINGO CHALLENGE
June 29 - July 12

Between June 29, 2025 and July 12, 2025 complete one cardio activity AND one other (non-cardio) activity per day until you have completed 5 in a row. Be one of the first three to get BINGO and earn extra points towards our Fitness Challenge.
Use the BINGO card below to submit your completed activities or email them to chosencitychurchfitness@gmail.com.

NOTE: Until you have completed BINGO, up to TWO activities may be submitted per day. All activities must be completed on the day they are submitted. Sorry, no retro submissions!

* PRO TIP: If you would like more of a challenge, perform a total of 3 to 4 sets for the exercise squares!
**Once you have gotten BINGO, challenge yourself to clear the board! You are no longer limited to two activities per day!
